In Marketplace Management we work behind the scenes to make sure that new offers keep turning up on our online marketplaces. Each team focuses on one area. In the Key Account team, we work closely with our current sellers, helping them optimise their offers on our online marketplaces.

Tasks

  • You are responsible for the commercial and technical support of our Polish merchants
  • You implement ideas from our merchants into new features
  • You are responsible for the optimization of the merchant performance based on our KPIs
  • You work closely with other functions e.g., Marketplace Controlling
  • You identify and plan deal offers


Profile

Your profile - this is what we expect from you

  • You have a university degree focusing on economics or a commercial apprenticeship
  • You ideally gain professional experience in the Polish e-commerce sector
  • You possess a wealth of ideas and distinct communication skills
  • You are strong in conceptual thinking and have a very good numerical understanding
  • You are characterized by your proactive attitude, a strong team spirit and you have the desire to improve and to evolve processes
  • You have very good English and Polish language skills and ideally also have good German language skills
