Your role and impact

As a Middle UI/UX Designer at Paymentop, you will play a crucial role in our mission to enhance user satisfaction and loyalty through the utility, ease of use, and pleasure provided in the interaction with our products. Your expertise in UX research, UX/UI design, and analytics will contribute to the continuous improvement of our payment solutions, making them more intuitive and accessible for users worldwide.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

UX Research:

  • Conduct competitor and customer analysis
  • Develop personas and usage scenarios
  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and mockups
  • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems
  • Run user testing of applications, software and websites
  • Explain user research results to stakeholders
  • Conduct ongoing user research
  • Communicate scenarios (hypothetical users), end-to-end experiences, interaction models, and screen designs to other teams working on a product

UX Design:

  • Develop technical and business requirements and intuitive and user-centered solutions
  • Develop and maintaining design wireframes (basic mockups of applications) and specifications
  • Review existing applications and evaluate their UX effectiveness
  • Improve the UX of a product software
  • Test new ideas before implementing them

UI Design:

  • Improve the visual appeal of our products
  • Develop and maintain of Design system
  • Design UI elements such as input controls, navigational components and informational components
  • Create original UI designs (e.g. images, sketches, tables, etc.)
  • Work with the team to incorporate a visual or brand identity into the finished product

Analytics:

  • Incorporate customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings to refine user experiences
  • Analyse user feedback and activity to improve the user experience
  • Create surveys for research through various social media platforms to collect user feedback on usability
  • Collaborate with the product (Developers and QA) and management teams.

Requirements & skills

  • UX research - strong understanding and practice, creating information architecture, and UX wireframing and prototyping.
  • Skills in developing user flows, Customer Journey Maps (CJM), and conducting usability testing.
  • Proficiency in visual design, with experience in iOS & Android GUI designs and UX copywriting.
  • Figma - strong understanding and practice.
  • Miro - working proficiency.
  • Adobe Creative Cloud - strong understanding and practice.
  • Smartlook - working proficiency.
  • Google Analytics - working proficiency.
  • Kanban and Scrum frameworks - strong understanding and practice.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to receive and apply feedback constructively.
  • Strong communication skills, perseverance, moderate perfectionism, and the ability to organize work efficiently.
  • English proficiency at a Upper Intermediate level.
