Graphic Designer (with experience in Finished Art) - Work from Home

• Join an internationally acclaimed digital agency based in Australia, with a rapidly expanding team in the Philippines.
• Your workstation should be set up in a safe and secure location at home with stable and reliable internet not less than 25 Mbps.
• A portfolio showcasing previous work is required. Please ensure that it is accessible. 
• PHP 70,000 to 85,000/month depending on experience
• 6:00 am to 3:00 pm, Philippines Time, Monday to Friday

About the Role

As a Finished Artist, you are responsible for implementing finished art on projects while maintaining accuracy, quality, and adherence to brand guidelines or creative direction. You will collaborate closely with senior creatives, brand leads, project managers, and account services to ensure the delivery of exceptional design solutions across various campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement finished art on projects moving through the studio, ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to relevant brand guidelines or creative direction.
• Oversee the rollout and design of established or new campaigns, including digital collateral, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines or creative direction.
• Collaborate with senior creatives and other team members to understand and implement key brand styles or creative direction effectively.
• Take ownership of projects, ensuring the best possible standard is delivered and client expectations are exceeded.
• Work with project managers and resource managers to prioritize and schedule the Finished Art workload efficiently, balancing internal resources and freelancers.
• Manage the quality of output by actively seeking and addressing feedback from project managers, account services, and creative teams.

Position Prerequisite:

• Minimum of 5 years of agency experience with an excellent understanding of print pre-press, as well as experience creating assets for digital applications.
• Fully proficient in the Adobe programs InDesign, illustrator, photoshop, and Acrobat.
• Figma experience is highly regarded.
• Healthcare experience is highly regarded.
• Completely understand modern print processes and studio workflows.
• Some exposure to and experience in trafficking work through Finished Art.
