Description



Mend.io is seeking an experienced ABM Specialist to join our team! This role will develop and execute ABX programs to attract and grow target accounts from our Enterprise segment. Leverage 6sense intent data to inform account-based marketing campaigns and content creation for different personas in our key buying committees.

You will work closely with the sales teams to understand their needs, align demand generation efforts with targets, and work with them to leverage tools, resources, and support to convert leads into customers. Collaboration will be essential to ensuring a seamless handoff between marketing and sales.

  • This is a temporary position with the potential to become permanent.
  • In this position, you'll work in a hybrid model: three days remotely from home and two days at the office.



Responsibilities:

  • ABM Strategy: Collaborate with the Senior Director of Digital Marketing to develop an account-based marketing strategy and prioritize strategic accounts
  • Program Execution: Implement account-based programs across various demand generation channels to drive pipeline
  • Ad Management: Launch and manage advertisements within 6sense platform and LinkedIn channels for specified sales accounts and contacts, focusing on generating net new pipeline and accelerating existing opportunities
  • Intent Data Utilization: Leverage ABM platforms (6sense, ZoomInfo, etc.) to gather intent data for informing marketing campaigns and prioritizing outreach efforts
  • Collaboration: Work with subject matter experts and the content team to create personalized messaging, supporting content, and sales enablement materials
  • Alignment: Ensure alignment of ABM campaigns with current business priorities, messaging, and goals by collaborating with marketing and sales teams
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze and report on the impact of ABM campaigns in terms of meetings booked, pipeline generated, and revenue generated
  • Continuous Improvement: Continually assess and improve program approaches, employing industry best practices and seeking opportunities to enhance effectiveness and efficiency
  • Communication: Regularly communicate with sales, marketing, and customer teams to provide visibility into existing and planned marketing initiatives

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of ABM experience within a B2B organization, preferably in SaaS technology
  • Experience working collaboratively with Sales, Business Development, Field Marketing, Digital, and Demand Generation teams
  • Strong experience with 6sense, Salesforce, Marketo, and LinkedIn campaign manager. Nice to have - experience with Drift and ZoomInfo
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across internal teams and external organizations
