The Opportunity
Health eCareers is in search of a talented Paid Media Specialist to assist in the execution and optimization of paid media channels and branding, as well as traffic and conversion performance among job seeker, client, and other healthcare audiences. This role reports to the Senior Manager of Paid Media to enhance campaign performance and ROI to help Health eCareers advance its position as the leading career resource for healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee execution of ongoing programmatic job advertising, performance marketing, and funnel conversions across all paid channels
  • Manage the daily operations and platforms around PPC and PPA strategies tailored to the healthcare industry across major digital advertising platforms
  • Analyze and enhance performance across various external job boards to grow application rates, profitability, and client satisfaction 
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis tailored to paid search campaigns within the healthcare staffing industry, identifying profitable opportunities to enhance ROI and drive targeted traffic to healthecareers.com  
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics closely, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement 
  • Facilitate the day-to-day operations of paid social marketing, including growth strategy implementation, budget management, optimization, and brand messaging.  
  • Support overarching strategies by collaborating with the B2B marketing team to ensure alignment of efforts for B2B marketing, career fairs, and new social marketing growth initiatives 
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align paid marketing efforts with broader growth objectives and strategies
  • Correspond with the finance department to efficiently reconcile all monthly expenditures as well as oversees all invoicing and outgoing payments to paid media vendors
  • Collaborate with Partnerships, Product, Sales, and other internal teams as needed in order to achieve key objectives
  •  Evaluate marketing channels, campaigns, and tactics through thoughtful data analysis and use insights to focus efforts solely on activities that drive results
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in paid media advertising, preferably with a focus on PPC arbitrage 
  • Proficiency in advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Facebook Ads
  • Proven track record of driving successful campaigns 
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics 
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Experience in healthcare or recruitment a plus
