We are currently seeking a seasoned Blockchain Investor Relations Manager to join our client's company. This role requires expertise in navigating the intricate landscape of blockchain technology and the Web3 industry. Responsibilities include forging strategic partnerships, integrating blockchain services akin to our client's company within our extensive network, and managing investor relations to ensure alignment with strategic goals and substantial value delivery.
Responsibilities:
Cultivate and enhance relationships with various affiliates, including prime brokerage firms, private wealth management firms, institutional investors, and family offices.
Develop and execute investor relations strategy to meet strategic objectives.
Act as the primary contact for client inquiries, conduct introductory meetings and calls, and organize investor events and roadshows.
Create marketing materials such as memos, pitch books, and presentations to effectively communicate investment opportunities.
Oversee investor onboarding processes, including due diligence and subscription documentation.
Stay updated on industry developments and provide regular portfolio reviews and performance analysis to investors.
Manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Experience & Qualifications:
5-10 years of experience in investor relations, sales & marketing, or business development within the financial industry.
Familiarity with blockchain technology or AI is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
