APN Consulting has an immediate need for below requirement:
ServiceNow HRSD Developer
Remote
Contract
Open Positions – 5
HRSD Senior Developer – 5 years of experience – Need 2 developers
HRSD developer – 3 Years of experience. – Need 3 developers
Location: Hyderabad (1st preference). If not, then other cities in India. (In the case of non-Hyd talent, talent needs to travel to the client office in Hyd as needed. APN needs to bear the cost for the same)
Required date: As per the above table.
Work in 2 PM to 11 PM IST work timings on a regular basis.
Note: There will be a client interview before onboarding a candidate. Please ensure quality profiles are sent for this role.

Technical requirements:
- Experience in implementation of ServiceNow HRSD modules - Case mgmt, Lifecycle Event mgmt., Agent workspace, Virtual Agent, Integration Hub spokes for HRSD (Adobe spoke for document mgmt., SAP Success Factor spoke etc..), Employee document Management, Employee Center portal.
- Integrations with other HR/recruitment tools like HCM, and Workday.
- Notifications, Surveys, Reports and Dashboards
- Prepare Design / Architecture, review solutions with Product owners, developing PoC's.
- Code review / best practices review/
- Mentor junior developers.
- Requirement gathering, consulting skills and client communication.
- Experience in leading Client workshops with customers across HR business units.
- Experience creating HRSD workshop decks and HRSD workbooks for the client to be able to fill out requirements post-workshops.
- Ability to listen, interpret, strategize and consult on HR processes and map them to HRSD capabilities and solutions.
