WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR...
Campbell’s is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Delivery Lead to join our analytics team. As the Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team that utilizes Databricks
to deliver cutting-edge analytics solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, design scalable data solutions, and ensure successful
project delivery.
WHAT YOU WILL DO...
Lead a team of data engineers, business analysts, testers and partner with scrum masters, data modelers and architects to deliver curated content using Databricks.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.
Implement best practices for data ingestion, transformation and curation.
Ensure data quality and integrity across all data sources.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
Manage project budgets, timelines and resources effectively.
Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in data engineering, analytics, and Databricks technologies.
Partner with Business and IT partners to understand business drivers, key performance indicators (KPIs) needed to support them.
Day-to-day hands-on analysis of issues, ability to prioritize and gather requirements for current and future states
Document and manage issues list, conduct testing and document new and revised policies.
Understand technology trends and the practical application of existing, new, and emerging technologies to enable new and evolving business and operating models.
Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes, systems, and data to identify gaps and inefficiencies.
Develop detailed business requirements documentation, including process flows, use cases, and functional specifications.
Design and lead the implementation/configuration and maintenance of relevant IT capabilities and solutions based on the functional strategy, business capabilities and business requirements.
Manage budget, purchase orders and Invoices for new and existing vendors and ensure cost are matched against A.O.P. (Annual Operating Plan).
Conduct system testing and validation to ensure the accuracy and integrity of CPG/Pharma/Manufacturing systems.
Provide training and support to end-users on CPG/Pharma/Manufacturing systems and processes.
Monitor and analyze KPIs and performance metrics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in CPG/Pharma/Manufacturing technology solutions.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE... (MUST HAVE)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of relevant experience in data analytics projects delivery, preferably using Azure or Databricks.
Proven ability to lead in an outsourced delivery and support model.
Experience with Databricks, Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Data Factory or similar technologies.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Experience working with/in diverse teams and influencing stakeholders and other leaders not reporting to them.
Demonstrated experience with requirements gathering, integration design, testing, and solutions deployment.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively work with cross- functional teams.
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
IF WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE... (NICE TO HAVE)
Certifications in Databricks or related technologies.
Hands-on experience with cloud-based analytics platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, etc.)
Proficiency in SQL and Python.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.

Reports to IT Director, Data Fabric, R&D, Commercialization
Less than 5% of travel includes vendor visits, manufacturing sites, trade shows, etc.
Compensation and Benefits:
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$105,000-$172,200
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
