The Role

We are looking for a Head of PMO to spearhead optimizing our internal project delivery processes. As the PMO Manager, you will ensure top-quality project completions aligned with our strategic goals. This is a unique opportunity to set up a PMO from scratch, implement project management frameworks, manage a dedicated team, and lead key projects. You will also be expected to take a hands-on approach and directly manage the company's most critical projects.

You will work with the VP of Operations, IT Director, and Director of Information Security and collaborate closely with multinational teams across the organization.

This role is available in Ukraine and Poland.

What You Will Do
  • Manage project portfolio
  • Act as a project manager for strategic projects
  • Lead and manage the PMO team
  • Educate the organization on best PM practices
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders
  • Prioritize business initiatives effectively
  • Facilitate the operation of the project management steering committee
  • Report on project statuses regularly
  • Directly manage and oversee the execution of the company's most critical projects

  • What We Look For
  • At least 3 years of experience in leading PMO transformations
  • Proven experience in leading and transforming PMOs effectively
  • Robust background in change management, showcasing a history of driving organizational change initiatives
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach with an emphasis on transparency
  • Proficiency in reviewing and approving concepts and technical solutions
  • Resilience, adaptability, and capability to excel in a dynamic work environment
  • Hands-on experience in directly managing and delivering complex, high-stakes projects

  • Background in Business Administration
  • Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PfMP, MPM, PRINCE2, CPD
