    • Calendar coordination for dry runs and planning meetings
    • Day-of backend technical support
  • Plan and execute client-facing events and trade shows from inception to post-event follow-up, in collaboration with the Customer Events Team, and across various business verticals to include but not limited to:
    • Research and secure sponsorships
    • Event space recommendation and contracting
    • Lead event planning meetings with internal and external partners for owned events
    • Internal logistics communications
    • Oversee multiple event timelines and budgets
    • Vendor management
    • Post event analysis
    • If required: Onsite full event management
  • Other Customer Events Team related responsibilities as required
  • Travel up to 25% as required

What you will bring to the table:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in trade shows, industry conferences, webinars, and other virtual or in-person events
  • Proven track record of planning and executing successful events
  • Experience managing project budgets and vendors
  • Strong attention to detail, process orientation, and organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to measure event impact and capture and share lessons learned
  • Ability to work under pressure and strict timelines to ensure program success
  • Strong team player and interpersonal skills; ability to work with a range of stakeholders and build strong relationships across departments
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision

Bonus points if:
