Managing and analyzing workforce data to generate meaningful business insights
Building tools to bring insights to Printful management
Researching data on existing employee experience (attrition, retention, etc.) and suggesting improvements based on the science as well as internal and external research
Assessing results from employee performance reviews and other relevant data points
Analyzing data for trends and suggesting improvements for recruitment practices, motivation, turnover, compensation and benefits, compliance with employment laws, etc.
Supporting processes related to compensation planning (budgeting, compensation review, benefits, variable pay, etc.)
Producing and delivering standard (monthly, quarterly, and annual) and customized HR reports
Responding to HR data requests on an ad hoc basis by gathering, analyzing, and reporting relevant data from various sources
Strong analytical skills
Proficiency in working with large data sets and presenting the findings in written reports and presentations
Close to fluent Excel and Google Sheets skills
Interest in following data analytics trends and the courage to implement them
An ownership mindset and a problem-solver attitude
Ability to present and defend opinion
Excellent English skills
Experience working with global HR systems (preferably Workday) will be considered as an advantage.
Monthly salary EUR 2,000-3,000 gross, depending on work experience, education, and skills
