Key responsabilities:
- Provide estimates, cost planning and final cost plan presentations
- Coordinate with design services team and construction manager for cost estimates development
- Manage contract increase costs and change reasons
- Prepare monthly project status reports and variance cash flow reports
- Review vendor invoices and participate in post-contract activities
