We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President of Sales to lead our sales team and drive the growth of our IME Sales. The VP of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and managing a high-performing sales team and establishing strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize their potential and performance.
- Requirements of this role include:
- Traveling to individual SD territories regularly to conduct Sales ridealongs and provide training and development
- Traveling to attend Sales and Account management opportunities with Key clients
- Attending industry conferences
- Attending large-scale marketing events with customers in various SD territories
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients including insurance companies, law firms, and employers.
- Collaborate with the executive team to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Utilize Salesforce to drive account management activity. including but not limited to:
- Ensuring all potential referral sources are contacted monthly
- Leveraging reporting on underperforming accounts and “dropoff” accounts to win back business from past referral sources
- Ensuring each Sales Director meets/exceeds event and meeting goals
- Working with the Marketing Team to coordinate large outreach campaigns via Pardot (Salesforce)
- Conduct market analysis by leveraging industry data (AM BEST). The Sales VP will make recommendations regarding new sales territories as well as provide Sale Directors with potential new prospects based on market research.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to the executive team.
- Oversee the development and execution of marketing and promotional activities to support sales initiatives.
- The Sales VP collaborates with the VP of Operations to ensure customer satisfaction and to address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
Other duties & special projects, as assigned and based on business needs.
Requirements
EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
JOB RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
- Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the IME industry or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership, team-building, and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Minimum of 3 years of SalesForce experience (in a management capacity) is required.
JOB RELATED SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:
Present exceptional communication skills with a clear understanding of company business lines. The ability to apply critical thinking, manage time efficiently and meet specific deadlines. Computer literacy and typing skills are essential.
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Any lifting, bending, traveling, etc. required to do the job duties listed above. Long periods of sitting and computer work.
WORK FROM HOME TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Supply and support their own internet services.
Maintaining an uninterrupted internet connection is a requirement of all work from home position.
