Job description

We are looking for an ambitious User Acquisition Manager who will strengthen our marketing team and, thanks to his expertise, creativity, and ability to get things done, drive the entire direction of user acquisition through the web.

In this position, you will be able to realize the most ambitious ideas and plans, test all trends and new products as one of the first on the market, and directly influence the results not only in your field but also in business in general.

Responsibilities:
● Creating, planning and implementing a strategy for promoting our application on the Meta platform;
● Independent control and decision-making regarding marketing budgets, scaling and optimization of advertising campaigns to achieve set marketing and business goals;
● Analysis and optimization of not only marketing metrics (CAC, ROI) but also improvement of the overall flow of user engagement and all stages of the funnel, from creative to user behaviour in the product;
● Constant generation and testing of new user engagement hypotheses to improve targeted CPIs.

Requirements:
● At least 3 years of experience in User Acquisition / Performance Marketing in the field of mobile applications;
● Experience in promoting web products;
● Proven ability to effectively manage a marketing budget of more than $100k per month;
● Analytical skills and ability to make decisions based on data;
● Entrepreneurial spirit, to be the owner and driver of the entire direction;
● English level Upper Intermediate and above.

Nice to have:
● Experience in managing a team of UAMs or other relevant managerial experience;
● Successful growth cases of other advertising platforms: TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, Google Ads.
