Key responsabilities:
- Own $5M+ in ARR targets focusing on 30%+ ARR growth per year.
- Coach team of 4 Account Executives and 3 Customer Success Managers.
- Collaborate globally, support enterprise deals and travel approx. 20% of the time.
- Work from Tokyo, Japan office at least three days a week.
