Overall purpose and responsibilities of the role:
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving the growth and expanding the client base in Asia, particularly within the IT and semiconductor sectors. As a key member of the team, this role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and promoting our client’s consulting services.
Requirements
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Working under the leadership of the Business Development Director
- Develop plans to acquire new business through direct sales techniques
- Manage sales opportunities from lead generation to closure
- Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client's business needs.
- Work with clients, to attend to inquiries
- Provide strategies and market direction for client’s projects.
- Assist in growing the client's brand and company.
- Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client
- Relationships.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on time and as agreed.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition, company vision, product and service.
- Manage end-to-end client relationships including pitching, negotiation, contracting
- Manage client’s project.
Must-have Skills / Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales roles, preferably in the IT, semiconductor, or consulting services industry.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.

Advantageous:
- A candidate with a background or Diploma in Electronic or Electrical Engineering is a plus.
