Job Description:

Phreesia is looking for an Implementation Consultant to join our team! You will be responsible for designing, building, and implementing a solution to best fit client needs, maximizing product value for the customer, and ensuring overall client satisfaction. Furthermore, you will partner alongside our experienced Client Solutions team to fully engage the client at all levels, including executive, and work cross-functionally with departments like Product and Sales to execute specific initiatives.

Clients include primary care, single-specialty and multi-specialty practices, health systems, and hospitals. The position interacts with clients virtually. What You'll Do:

  • Master technical product functionality to provide expert consulting services in the areas of workflow analysis, training, build, testing, go-live support, and post go-live optimization 

  • Lead Phreesia implementation projects and maintain complete understanding of contract deliverables and appropriate project scope, while serving as the primary point of contact for the client    

  • Demonstrate necessary technical skills and the ability to understand and communicate details of client’s configuration, admin pages set up, integration, client workflow and other details of integrated product capabilities   

  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand the value Phreesia can bring to their organization, while conveying the ideal patient and staff experiences   

  • Grow revenue by identifying clients that have the opportunity for add on/upsell products, demonstrate those products, then implement them 

  • Pre and post go live, closely collaborate with Phreesia teams, including Sales, Product Management, Interfaces, Client Success and Deployment, to ensure we are meeting client commitments and providing the appropriate solution   

  • Track project using a predefined project plan and utilize CRM platform documenting playbook tasks and upsell opportunities 

  • Resolve escalations following best practice with support of leadership team 

  • Proactively identify project risks and collaborate with team on mitigation steps  

  • Perform gap analysis to identify implementation issues and consult on options to address issues 

  • Promote best practice approaches per the recommended project plan and offer creative approaches as necessary while gaining consensus from clients to move projects forward 

  • Lead and drive change management process and actively help to gain buy-in from peers on new initiatives   

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree required 

  • 6+ years’ experience in implementation, project management, and/or configuration preferred 

  • Client-facing experience with international clients required (United States preferred) 

  • SaaS or Healthcare Technology experience preferred 

  • Confident, high energy, self-motivated and a true team player 

  • Ability to work with multiple customers, understand their needs, and develop custom solutions 

  • Ability to lead multiple, complex implementation projects concurrently   

  • Superior leadership, influence, interpersonal communication, presentation, meeting facilitation, and telephone skills 

  • Ability to prioritize multiple demands in a fast-paced and dynamic environment 

  • Skilled at anticipating and solving problems
