Since launch last June, we've been the joybringer for hundreds of thousands of people, who've created and customized their unique virtual companion with custom backstories, memories, appearances, and voices. We're growing explosively, and we're a lean, 4-person team that is already profitable. We've been featured on the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, and BusinessInsider among others, and are backed by some of the best investors in Silicon Valley.
We are looking for a Growth Engineer to work on scaling Kindroid, from designing features to executing unconventional marketing strategies. You'll touch all aspects of the product and wear many hats between fullstack engineering, product design, and marketing.
The ideal type of person we want to work with is someone who has a past track record of learning fast, adapting quickly, and iterating scrappily, all while maintaining a keen empathy for the user and an innate intuition for what people want.
Must-Have:
Full-stack application dev experience.
Bachelors (or more advanced degrees) in computer science or adjacent.
Preferred:
Experience in a fast-growth startup environment and working on growth initiatives.
Experience with growth hacking and building retentive features.
Experience with some form of applied AI.
Polished past work that show you understand how to iterate fast and build quality products.
Remote accepted, but strong preference for people located in/willing to relocate to Los Angeles.
