Software Engineer Specialist | Delivery US

We're seeking an experienced Delivery professional for our US team

In this key role, you will play a crucial role in delivering our solutions to our US customers. Your main function will be to work with the Solutions Architecture team and client to define the scope of deliveries, help format proposals and kick off projects, implementing cutting-edge solutions that respond to our clients' challenges. You will also collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders, ensuring the creation of documentation, repeatable artifacts and delivery of solutions in a scalable and cost-effective manner.

The ideal candidate will bring:

• Experience in software development and AI (LLM tuning, RAG, advanced chunking strategies, agents, etc)
• A hands-on approach and a track record of successful project deliveries
• Experience with cloud
• SRE, DevOps experience
• Consultancy/Professional Services experience
• Having Trainer and/or Technical writer experience is a plus
• Bridging the gap between the technology teams, Zup and the clients' businesses

Responsibilities

• Client Collaboration: Understand client business needs and translate them into StackSpot AI or custom LLM-powered solutions.
• Solution Development: Develop and implement StackSpot AI and custom LLM-powered solutions tailored to client requirements.
• Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance on LLM capabilities, best practices, and real-world applications.
• Integration: Integrate solutions and components into client applications and systems.
• Preprocessing and Prompt Engineering: Perform data preprocessing, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning for LLM training and solution deployment.
• Optimization: Optimize LLM performance through techniques like transfer learning, multitask learning, chunking strategies, and RAG.
• Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation on LLM system design, implementation, and performance metrics.
• Industry Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest AI research, techniques, tools, and trends.

Minimum Qualifications

• Fluency in English
• Hands-on experience with LLM
• Experience with cloud computing
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Strong presentation and writing skills
• Experience in project management and team leadership
• Analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI
• Experience with DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering
• Consultancy/Professional Services experience
• Experience as a Trainer and/or Technical Writer is a plus
