Job Title: Sales Representative - LATAM
Location: Remote (EST Timezone)
Salary: $2000 + Commissions

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM EST

Job Description:

The primary mission of this role is to drive sales by delivering compelling, professional presentations to customers, embodying our company ideals, and striving to exceed both sales goals and customer expectations. This role is crucial for individuals passionate about empowering others and achieving transformative results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consultative Selling: Understand client needs, desires, and challenges to foster lasting buying relationships.
  • Pipeline Management: Keep CRM records accurate and up-to-date, ensuring all contacts, deals, and tasks are current.
  • Product Knowledge: Build a robust understanding of our products and services to offer tailored, high-value solutions. Willingness to learn specific industry details is essential.
  • Professional Development: Participate actively in team meetings and training to share and adopt best practices within the industry.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement incremental improvements to enhance efficiency (e.g., automation, reducing redundancies).
  • Standard Work: Execute assigned tasks and recurring duties with precision and punctuality.

  • Proven ability to close sales, especially high-ticket items (valued at over $10k).
  • Excellent listening skills, empathy, and a personable demeanor.
  • Persistence, self-motivation, and goal orientation.
  • Reliable team member with strong commitment and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage independent remote work effectively.
  • Familiarity with or ability to quickly learn software tools such as Monday.com, High Level, Google Workspace, Voxer, Slack, and Zoom.
  • Availability to work during business hours with overlap from 11am-6pm Eastern.
  • Reliable internet connection, computer, camera, and microphone; distraction-free work environment.
