Christian leads a team of 20+ colleagues across Europe and can´t wait to welcome you. Our Business Unit Data Manager RMI is generating efficiencies for our clients by using our manufacturer-compliant data-driven solutions & services that facilitate their repair and maintenance processes. 

Rather than looking for solutions from different sources, a technician now can directly access relevant information needed to repair or maintain the vehicle in same standardized manner across brands. This can literally mean that our clients (such as workshops) save 80k per year in hours that can now additionally be used for billable services.

Whichever automotive aftermarket process might be flawed, we want to become the "go-to company" that delivers solutions for this. And that´s where you come into the picture. You identify, specify, and deliver manufacturer-compliant repair and maintenance data and services.  

Your role is to streamline product execution across departments, products, and services, transitioning from an opinion-based approach regarding customer needs, but a demand-induced one. Your role is to make the calls regarding the portfolio management of the automotive aftermarket regarding all of their information management systems; for example, do we need manual or data set “A & B” for vehicles, maintain these data sets, or shall we focus on “C & D” that not only provides value to our clients today but aligns with their future aims (i.e. from combustion engine to electrical vehicles). We hired another PO (tech-side) with whom you work in tandem to deliver.

In short, your tasks are:

Own the future & build it: definition, execution, and full ownership of your product roadmap, OKRs, personnel resources, and KPIs of YOUR product while ensuring high profitability & covering customer needs 

Active portfolio management: your solution applies to a variety of use cases and you constantly adapt its content and features to become customer-focused

      Planning is everything - you know the drill: be it release plans, product roadmaps, backlog planning, customer workshops, or cross-functional collaboration

      You are the "product guy" (m/f/d) and ensure that everything falls into place and support our marketing and communication activities actively with content so that our colleagues can sell it

      Know your customers: your role does not require sales, but you regularly are in contact with our customers to grasp their requirements and turn them into a customer-centric product. Therefore you know the product details like the back of your hand.


      Your profile:

      • Profound experience as product owner (m/f/d), ideally you come from an automotive background
      • You are "hands-on" and execute your data-driven vision: you don´t want to talk all the time about potential problems but solve and own them. End-to-end with all parts of that such as cost management, idea presentation moderation, or customer integration.
      • English and German language proficiency (minimum C1) 
      • Travel: you´re willing to come to Weikersheim roughly every six weeks for one week for on-site meetings
