Job Title: Director of Brand Marketing (100% Remote, U.S. based)

The Opportunity
Everyday Health Pregnancy & Parenting is seeking a Director of Brand Marketing to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that reflects the vision and goals for BabyCenter and What to Expect. This role is responsible for driving the marketing performance of Pregnancy & Parenting brands and products, optimizing marketing strategies and spearheading campaigns that drive user engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategy that drives awareness, accelerates user engagement and grows retention across online channels including email, web and app.
  • Lead strategy and implement a roadmap for growing and evolving our email marketing program, focusing on user personalization, improved automations and systems, and reporting on results.
  • Refine segmentation strategies to deliver targeted and personalized email content, enhancing user engagement and conversion rates. 
  • Develop and implement marketing strategy and recurring promotional plans for key business initiatives and new product launches. Supercharging content marketing efforts to drive traffic and engagement with specific initiatives across digital channels.
  • Monitor and analyze email and app KPIs, generating forecasts and analyses to support data-driven decisions across the organization.
  • Develop optimization recommendations and conduct regular A/B tests to experiment with new ideas and improve email and in app campaign performance metrics.
  • Mentor and manage a brand marketing team to high-performance, fostering an environment of creativity and innovation to drive business growth.

 

Job Qualifications:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a significant focus on email, and product marketing.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns, ideally on the publisher side.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with experience managing teams and fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation.
  • Strong analytical abilities and a data-driven approach to decision making.
  • BA degree or equivalent
