Your missions

Job Description:
The Vice President of Delivery Excellence is responsible for the efficient, timely, and excellent delivery of all services to Atmosera customers from time of sale through project completion. You will be in charge of ensuring that we establish a market leading position in how we respond to customer needs and deliver consulting services. You will scale our capabilities for the delivery of world-class consulting on cloud architecture, migrations, and ongoing optimization of cloud workloads and infrastructure while achieving Atmosera’s revenue and margin targets. The goal is to drive rapid and sustainable growth to serve our enterprise and mid-market customers worldwide.
 
To reach this goal, the VP must develop a high-performing team, implement best practice processes, enable delivery frameworks & technologies and interact with Consulting, Accounting, Recruiting, Account Management, Sales, and other groups to coordinate the highest level of service delivery. 

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the success (partially measured by customer satisfaction) of all services work performed
  • Leading sustained, profitable growth with Atmosera’s clients, defining the Atmosera Delivery Methodologies and portfolio of offerings, and owning the day-to-day operations of the team that delivers those services
  • Oversee portfolio of active professional services projects from signature through signoff
  • Lead consultative project and portfolio management services, Agile transformations, etc. for our clients
  • Lead the PMO: Establish best practices and delivery methodologies and oversee a portfolio of projects across multiple clients. Transform the way we deliver to our customers and develop measurement to ensure high CSAT
  • Lead internal transformation projects such as ERP, and financial management systems implementations
  • Driving operational management, resource allocation/management and staffing function to ensure proper utilization and forecasting for future engagements
  • Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with your direct reports to monitor delivery/employee performance and establish management business objectives towards professional growth and advancement

  • Priorities:
  • Build and lead team of up to 6 senior project managers & program managers
  • Create best practices for delivery of consulting, security, compliance, and other engagement types
  • Develop and lead a customer-focused, data-driven process to identify and prioritize improvements to Consulting Services offerings, pre-sales engagement, and delivery
  • Determine which criteria determine the optimal methodology for different engagement types
  • Develop and enable relationships with partner firms who can augment our services
  • Impact revenue growth and margin by maintaining staffing levels to correlate to the correct utilization targets
  • Working with the Sales and other teams, ensure overall proposal constructs are consistent with best practice, risk tolerance levels and profitability targets

  • Required Experience & Skills:
  • 10-15 years’ progressive leadership experience in professional services and consulting delivery best practices
  • Demonstrated leadership of multiple highly technical multidisciplinary teams
  • Experience establishing and / or leading a PMO and overseeing a portfolio of projects across multiple clients
  • Experience developing executive relationships; managing multiple simultaneous complex projects; and developing key strategies around business objectives
  • Excellent business and financial management
  • Broad understanding of cultural change, processes innovation, and technology utilization challenges and opportunities
  • Strong collaborator with successful track record of working in a heavily matrix organizational structure
  • Dynamic leadership ability energizing teams to learn and apply new skills / techniques to business needs
  • Knowledge of methodologies Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Six Sigma, ITIL / PRINCE2
  • Have led past Agile or other methodological transformations
  • Experience leading Agile, “waterfall”, and Kanban style projects
