Job Description:

The company is seeking an experienced Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be an expert in using Clay.com and Smartleads.ai to drive our lead generation efforts. This full-time position requires a deep understanding of creating custom tables, scraping leads from various sources, and developing custom playbooks to enhance our lead generation process. Additionally, the candidate must be proficient in setting up and optimizing mass email campaigns using Smartleads.ai.

  • Create and manage custom tables.
    
  • Scrape leads from multiple sources.
    
  • Develop and implement custom playbooks to improve lead generation strategies.
    
• Smartleads.ai Proficiency:
  
  • Set up and manage mass email campaigns.
    
  • Optimize email open and reply rates.
    
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure maximum effectiveness.
    
• Lead Generation:
  
  • Identify and target potential leads across various platforms.
    
  • Continuously refine lead generation processes to improve efficiency and outcomes.
    
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align lead generation efforts with business goals.
    
• Reporting and Analysis:
  
  • Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and campaign performance.
    
  • Utilize data to make informed decisions and adjustments to strategies.
    

Requirements

• Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Lead Generation Specialist or similar role.
    
  • Expert-level knowledge of Clay.com and Smartleads.ai.
    
  • Content Writing or Marketing
    
• Skills:
  • Advanced skills in creating custom tables and scraping leads using Clay.com.
    
  • Expertise in setting up and optimizing mass email campaigns on Smartleads.ai.
    
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
    
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    
• Language:
  • Native English speaker.
