About You

About the Role

As a member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in supporting children and young people who are subject to Child Protection plans and Child in Need plans. Responsibilities include:

  • Building strong relationships with families and partner agencies
  • Conducting assessments, home visits, and care planning
  • Ensuring children and young people are actively involved in decision-making
  • Participating in reflective supervision and group sessions

Qualifications

  • Relevant Social Work qualification
  • Completion of ASYE
  • Active Social Work England registration
