The Global Digital Hub has newly been established within Roche Services & Solutions Center. Our main purpose is to strengthen the digital capabilities of Roche globally by supporting central initiatives with Social Media Management, Brand Support, Digital Publishing Services, Marketing Automation, Copywriting and Creative Design.

The Opportunity:

The Paid Media Specialist is responsible for supporting and partnering with our Business Partners in executing on the paid media strategy by delivering a full suite of objectives across the Roche online presence. The role is expert in all aspects of paid campaign management across different channels and platforms and is able to build out reporting metrics that supports the business in continuing their growth to meet KPIs and objectives. In this position you will be focusing on:

  • Working with Digital Marketing managers / social leads across the globe to execute digital marketing campaigns on our core channels: Paid search (Google Ads and Microsoft Ads), YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Display, Teads,

  • Identifying trends and insights, and optimizes spending and performance based on the insights. Monitor key KPIs for ongoing campaigns and share channel insights with key stakeholders within local and global teams,

  • Developing, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns from conception to launch,

  • Continually optimizing PPC & Paid Social campaign components including keyword strategy, ad copy, bid prices, cost per conversion, cost per click, audience optimization, etc.,

  • Compiling PPC Reports with personal comments and analysis of campaign performance.
     

Who you are:

  • You have 1-3 years of experience in Paid Campaign Management and further experience in marketing and multifaceted channel strategies, including proven experience with large, global, multi-channel campaigns and advisory services.

  • You have experience in implementing and publishing campaigns through advertisement platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Twitter and LinkedIn Ads).

  • You have demonstrated experience of using Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, YouTube, Google Ads.

  • You have strong communication skills in English (written and spoken) and additional languages are a plus, based on region/customer requirements.

  • You are a quick learner and are passionate about technologies and web.
