We're looking for a skilled Atlassian Administrator to join our team and work with one of our inspiring US clients, a leading multichannel shipping platform enabling businesses to send products worldwide.

Expectations - the experience you need

• Strong experience as an Atlassian systems administrator, with a focus on Jira, Confluence, and Service Desk.
• Deep knowledge of server and network administration.
• Ability to design and maintain workflows and automations in Atlassian tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Advanced level of English proficiency. 

What you will do:

• Administer and configure Atlassian tools, including Jira, Confluence, and Service Desk.
• Design and maintain workflows and projects in Atlassian tools according to business needs.
• Perform upgrades, patches, and regular maintenance of Atlassian instances.
• Collaborate with other teams to integrate Atlassian tools with existing systems.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to Atlassian tools.
