RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS
What you will do:
- Register customer cases and requests in the system
- Analyze and post all customer requests in the system so the quotations team can start working
- Analyze new customers to determine if they are a focus for Soluparts
- Receive customers from around the world requests via email
- Analyze customer information on LinkedIn and the company's website
- Check the number of employees
- Verify if the company operates in the steel, metallurgical, or mining sectors
- Interact with sales teams to understand customer needs
