As a Global Total Rewards Analyst you will join our People Team that is building awesome experiences for candidates, employees and alumni. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operational activities including the administration of our US benefits and retirement programs while serving as the main point of contact for employees and people leaders, you will also oversee UK benefits from an alignment point of view. You will become a subject matter expert on all health and wellness, benefits, retirement (401k, pension) offerings to help educate and support our employees with enrollment and any questions or related matters. You will also support the management of compensation programs, equity programs and policies to ensure they continue to support business strategy and remain competitive, cost effective and compliant.
