About Leadbright

We are fast a growing MarTech company specializing in B2B lead generation and AI website content automation. Leadbright is the next innovation in website content and marketing technology.

About your role

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Leadbright, you will work with client accounts to improve B2B lead generation. Additionally help enhance our LOOP Lead Generation SaaS platform feature set. This role is remote, but once things get to normal you will be working out of downtown Toronto, Ontario office.  Working closely with the CEO, you will be responsible for all lead generation processes, from strategy, to implementation, to performance. To be successful, you must have experience generating a high volume of leads with minimal budget. This is a great opportunity to join a company experiencing growth and to help further build out their Digital Marketing team.

Responsibilities:
  • Expand SEO and SEM efforts and success
  • Define the strategy for the ongoing expansion of customer acquisition
  • Define new channels of distribution
  • Set up new distribution channels
  • Build the Digital Marketing team — both employees and contractors
  • Refine product positioning
  • Refine inbound lead generation process
  • Improve lead quality
  • Improve conversion rates
  • Manage Digital Marketing budget
  • Build brand awareness
  • Manage PR efforts
  • Manage social media accounts and strategy
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years digital marketing experience required
  • 3+ years SEO/SEM experience required
  • 2+ years management experience required
  • Experience with Google AdWords/Tag Manager/Analytics
  • Experience with Semrush, Moz, Mouseflow and similar tools
  • B2B experience required
  • Experience with a product with a monthly subscription strongly preferred
  • Must be focused on numbers
  • Must have experience generating a high volume of inbound leads with a small budget
Nice to haves:
  • Understanding UX/UI and how it fits into lead generation process
  • Machine Learning/Python knowledge
  • Experience with HTML5, CSS3
  • Experience with CMS
