IAM Technology Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IAM Technology Manager to define and prioritize the product backlog for business access concepts, unstructured data access, and authorization within the Identity and Access Concepts team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of key initiatives aimed at enhancing access management capabilities across the organization. This role requires a unique blend of product ownership, project management, and program management skills to drive strategic initiatives forward while ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and prioritize the product backlog based on stakeholder inputs, market trends, and business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define features, manage UAT and other tests to deliver high-quality solutions that meet user needs.
  • Continuously assess and refine the product roadmap to ensure alignment with strategic goals and priorities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries, feedback, and escalations.
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Develop project charters, timelines, and resource plans to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and proactively identify mitigation strategies.
  • Foster collaboration and communication among project stakeholders to drive consensus and achieve project objectives.
  • Define program objectives, success criteria, and KPIs to track progress and measure program effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with senior leadership to secure resources, funding, and support for program initiatives.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to executive stakeholders on program status, risks, and issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in product ownership, project management, and program management roles, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of identity and access management principles, processes, and technologies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels of the organization.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, Project Management Professional) are a plus.
