The Digital Marketing Specialist shall serve The Navigators and fulfill the responsibilities listed below in the spirit of The Navigators calling, values and purpose: To advance the Gospel of Jesus and His kingdom into the nations through spiritual generations of laborers living and discipling among the lost.
The Digital Marketing Specialist is a key member of the Digital Marketing team, helping inspire and equip disciplemakers and attract and engage new community members through the various digital marketing channels.
This role requires a high level of attention to detail and project management skills, a strong grasp of current digital marketing tools and strategies, and experience in creating landing pages, marketing emails, digital ads, social media posts, and marketing reports.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Digital Marketing Production & Support (70%)
Digital Analytics, Data Analysis and Reporting (20%)
Assist with Marketing’s digital analytics, data analysis, and reporting processes and functions.
Additional Responsibilities (10%)
MINIMUM AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Spiritual: Belief in and adherence to the Statement of Faith and Mission of The Navigators.
Experience: This role requires strong organization & time management skills. One year of proven work experience in digital marketing. Project management experience.
Technical Knowledge & Skills: Proficient in WordPress, Meta Ads, and Google systems/services (Ads, Analytics 4, Docs/Sheets/Slides, Search Console, YouTube). Preferred experience with Basecamp, HTML/CSS, Microsoft Office, Salesforce (Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Tableau), SEMrush, Web A/B Testing Tools (ex. VWO), and leading social media platforms. Strong grasp of current digital marketing tools and strategies.
Communication & Leadership: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including verbal & written, to create understanding and build strong working relationships required.
Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree or college coursework/equivalent experience preferred.

Compensation Range: $ 18.30-25.00/hour
