- Handle phone and email communications with car partners and carriers for claim submissions and transport status
- Monitor calls/emails to assess performance and adherence to company policies
- Keep car partners informed on complaint status and ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide innovative solutions for problem-solving and ensure legal compliance
- Prepare quality reports for management review
