We are currently recruiting for an Administrative Adjuster Support person to join our team in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada 

Responsibilities:

The successful applicant will perform several administrative duties including file set up, data entry, and file management while performing general administrative duties.

Requirements:
  • 1-2 years' experience providing administrative support in a professional office environment 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry will be considered an asset 
  • Proven organizational skills 
  • Professional telephone manners 
  • Excellent transcribing skills with a typing rate of 50 wpm 
  • Advanced computer skills including Office 365 
  • Must be a flexible team player with a strong commitment to quality and customer service
