Qualifications:
10+ years of public sector/government contractor IT Program Management experience or equivalent, Demonstrated understanding of SDLC, project management, and product implementation methodologies, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, MBA preferred. Certifications in Six Sigma, ITIL, PMP required.
Key responsabilities:
- Lead digital transformation projects & establish PMO function within public sector professional services team
- Contribute to ICERTIS product roadmap through customer feedback and implementation experience
- Manage all aspects of projects from planning through execution and establish solid relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Coordinate deliverables, manage work relating to project support, analyze project stakeholders' needs and ensure fulfillment of requirements
- Plan and drive successful implementations, conduct regular leadership reviews and coach other directors/project leaders on program management fundamentals
