Your missions

Connect America has an opportunity for Account Executive on the Enterprise Sales team working with Providers. This position will have primary responsibility (all Connect America solutions) activity including prospecting, qualification, ROI development, value demonstration, negotiation, contracting and opportunity closure. The candidate must have direct selling and solutioning expertise, be a dynamic thinker and have a strong commitment to solving client problems specific to growth, affordability, outcomes, and experience.

This position will have accountability for building a robust pipeline of new business opportunities through targeting, prospecting, and collaborating with marketing and the broader sales organization for leads. In addition, the Account Executive will build and execute growth strategy on their assigned prospects to meet assigned growth targets while collaborating with leadership, marketing, product, operations to improve win rates and ensure successful implementations.


Primary Responsibilities:

Ø Responsible for new business growth in assigned client market

Ø Assumes responsibility for assigned sales revenue goals

Ø Maintains a robust pipeline (3X+ of target) of opportunities

Ø Actively prospects and qualify new business

Ø Demonstrates subject matter expertise on products, trends, pressures

Ø Cultivates consultative relationship with clients

Ø Leads sales process and client engagement throughout the sale

Ø Utilize discovery and solution selling skills

Ø Owns ROI/Proforma and presentation development

Ø Develops and executes individual business plan with assigned prospects

Ø Participates in trade shows and other industry events

Ø Provides competitive intelligence to the organization

Ø Timely entry of opportunity updates and status in CRM tool

Ø Collaboration for functional leaders in business and executive leadership

Ø Collect feedback on deals and communicates issues or concerns in solution-orientated approach

Ø Utilizes deal reviews process and close plans to improve win rates and accelerate deals


Required Qualifications:

Ø Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in lieu of degree

Ø 1-2+ years of sales experience in healthcare, selling clinical or technology solutions to providers

Ø Successful developed and closed deals with annual sales target of $500K-$1M or greater

Ø Superior communication, written, oral, phone, webinar, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Ø Ability to travel minimum 25%
