RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS

What you will do:


  • Act as an HR Business Partner for the business and support teams 
  • Build trusting relationships and be an influencer for key stakeholders 
  • Develop leadership 
  • Assist leaders in establishing a people strategy focused on achieving business goals 
  • Support and guide leaders in career management, succession planning and compensation of their team in accordance with the company's tools and policies 
  • Support and guide leaders in conducting people's journey so that it occurs in an engaged and consistent manner
  • Contribute to the effective implementation of HR programs/projects/initiatives 
  • Support engagement survey, creating discussion forums for actions plans and monitoring implementations 
  • Propose initiatives derived from the analysis of available data (engagement survey, onboarding, offboarding, performance management, etc.) 
  • Provide leaders with visibility of people and culture KPIs, supporting decision-making 
  • Work in partnership with the Culture team to build and execute an employer brand strategy 
  • Disseminate the values and culture of Soluparts 



REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Fluent English 
  • Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Psychology

  • Hiring through Service Agreement (Self-employed or a legal person)
  • 100% remote position
