About Tracks

In our Easy Ops team, we strive to provide our teams with the best restaurant management platforms. This role would be supporting our vision by generating value through Tracks, which is our back of house system, supporting managers with labor optimization tools and product management and food costing solutions, supported by AI/ML. Tracks aims to provide a seamless and engaging user experience, while also enabling efficiency and productivity in our stores.

What We Need

In the Sr. Software Engineer II role, you will contribute to the code & architecture of the [Tracks] technical products. You are responsible for ensuring the quality, consistency, and timely delivery of new features or changes to the application. You will also engage with external partners and internal brands to plan and design new capabilities for the applications. You must be able to architect and write highly scalable APIs and jobs.

You Will


  • Architect & build scalable backend services & APIs to support the operation & integrations of the Tracks application with various internal & external services.
  • Write comprehensive unit tests
  • Build dashboards to monitor and service backend services
  • Must be comfortable recommending solutions to resolve issues as well as provide new enhancements & features.
  • Must be comfortable getting knee deep in existing code.
  • Must be comfortable and independently troubleshoot issues.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly issues with work items.
  • Must be forward thinking to contribute to code reusability.
  • Participate in daily & weekly ceremonies to ensure work items are clearly defined and that any blockers are addressed


You Have


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science and software development.
  • 8 years software engineering experience including software design, testing, and monitoring with an emphasis on scalability.
  • Experience with .Net Core
    • Practical software design patterns.

  • SQL Experience

Salary Range: $­­124,100 to $171,050 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.

Benefits: Employees (and their eligible family members) may enroll in the following types of insurance coverage: medical, dental, vision, legal, and accidental death and dismemberment, as well as FSA/HSA (depending on enrolled medical plan).
