Data Analyst (English)

As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to help drive strategic decisions and improve operations. You will be responsible for data management, reporting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and support business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring accurate and complete finance, sales and other data are collected.
• Designing monthly dashboard and reports using Power BI & HubSpot, and Ad Hoc requests.
• Work with business partners to analyze complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities.
• Cleaning and organizing historical data.
• Defining new data collection and analysis processes.

Requirements

• 2 - 3 years of experience in data mining, ad data analyst, or BI analyst or any similar role.
• 2 - 3 years of experience of ETL/ELT and visualization is preferred.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SQL and Power BI (Tableau) skills
• Knowledge of data management, data governance, dimensional modeling, data manipulation, data documentation, TSQL, or Python is preferred.
• Experience of advanced analysis
• Knowledge of data science
• Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimum supervision.
• Willing to work in the Pacific Time (PST) schedule (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM PST). This is during the graveyard shift in Manila Time.
• Own Laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, core I5 above) with an internet connection of at least 10mbps.
