Who we are
We’re looking for naturally curious, creative people that can think on their feet and enthusiastically tackle problems head on. As an Attentive Manager of Solutions Architecture (SA) you will lead a team that works with our customers to “make the magic happen” with Attentive’s suite of products.
SAs serve as a key link between Client Strategy and Engineering as a technical resource for clients, communicating how our technology can be employed to reach their goals and grow their business. Solutions Architects are responsible for the following:

The Solutions Architect Manager can communicate well with any audience from developers to executives, manage client expectations and ensure Attentive receives everything it needs from clients in order to execute.

About youRemote, West Coast2+ years prior experience managing teamsStrong mentorship and technical skills to shape Solutions Architects into technical experts A keen understanding of when to step in and provide next-level supportStrong client-facing communication skills; ability to explain technical capabilities to both technical and non-technical audiencesAffinity for problem solving and crafting creative, reusable solutionsInsightful, innovative and adapts well to a dynamic and fast-paced environmentHTML/CSS experience requiredStrong understanding of at least one programming and scripting language such as: JavaScript, SQL, PHP, Python.Knowledge of and experience with ad serving and trouble-shooting JavaScript tagsExperience with 3rd party data providers both from targeting and analytics standpointUnderstanding of client CRM data and PII issuesStrong decision-making and critical thinking skillsExceptional organization and prioritization skillsYou'll get competitive perks and benefits, from health & wellness to equity, to help you bring your best self to work.
For US based applicants:
- The standard base salary range for this position is $105,400 - $145,000 + Bonus
- This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs
