What We Do
Part of a team that manages company’s digital footprint at the business unit level. Drives customer engagement through paid search and paid social advertising testing and hindsight, focusing specifically on quality and measurement. This role plays a key role in developing and executing online and digital strategies related to various digital channels. Responsible for optimizing email systems, improving campaigns, analyzing information, and creating reports.
Essential Functions
- Support day-to-day execution to include paid search /paid social campaign setup, keyword development, bidding, budgets, ad copy creation & testing, account restructuring, audit & QA
- Monitor daily budget pacing and ensure we are on track to meet monthly and quarterly targets
- Build and execute on a testing roadmap for new keywords, ad copy and landing pages.
- Size new opportunities within Google, Bing and Facebook including new ad formats or betas.
- Help with monthly budget planning by analyzing historical performance and expansion opportunities
- Proactively identify trends and translate findings into prioritized actionable recommendations
- Create reports, presentations, case studies, and other deliverables and lead presentation to internal teams
- Perform consumer and competitive research to understand our clients landscape, target audience behaviors, and KPIs
- Participates in and supports the development of new and creative growth strategies. Participates in evaluating emerging technologies
- Regularly generates defined reports on digital activity; to support identifying trends and opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2+ years of experience creating and measuring paid media, search, and/or social campaigns
- Strong overall understanding of: SEO, paid search, analytics, content strategy, and/or media buying as it relates to digital marketing
- Strong knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of particular function/department/field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience in website applications including but not limited to technical, and content
- Experience with relevant technologies/digital platforms to support website functionality
- Knowledge of HTML, Adobe products (Photoshop, illustrator, etc.), MS Office (excel, power point, word), SEO, paid search, remarketing, and social media is required
- Strong analysis, problem resolution, judgment and decision-making skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in audience targeting and remarketing tactics
Salary Range
$63,540 - $112,960
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location
