As we continue to drive innovation and empower our team and clients, we are seeking a Director of Operational Efficiency to be at the forefront of reshaping and revolutionizing our operations and client experience journey.  

The Director of Operational Efficiency at Robbins Research International is a pivotal leadership role aimed at enhancing our organization's growth trajectory. Reporting directly to the Executive Team, this role focuses on operational efficiency, internal system development, and the overall improvement of the client experience.

This role is designed for the ambitious Operations leader with hands-on experience in driving and creating systemic efficiencies for large-scale visions and brands. This position is remote and available for US Based candidates only.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

Operational Efficiency: 

  • Play a critical role in formulating a successful operational blueprint across the organization’s operational strategy for client experience, and client fulfillment

  • Create streamlined processes and establish clear reporting structures across the entire organization. 

  • Educate and mentor team members on operational best practices. 

  • Prioritize initiatives that drive customer success, employee development, and operational enhancements. 

Strategic HR Development: 

  • Lead a structured approach to HR that integrates career growth, training opportunities, and employee engagement. 

  • Oversee HR Operations and Program Development by implementing and managing comprehensive HR systems to streamline employee onboarding and development processes. 

  • Develop and enhance operational efficiencies within HR, focusing on creating robust programs that foster a positive workplace culture and support employee professional growth.  

  • Coordinate cross-departmental efforts to ensure alignment of HR strategies with organizational goals. 

  • Manage employee growth and development plans, fostering a culture of empowerment and self-sufficiency. 

  • Reestablish the HR department's outreach strategy to recognize and celebrate employee achievements. 

  • Advocate for employee advancement based on merit and performance. 

Improving Overall Client Experience: 

  • Foster strong systems for client fulfillment and operations across Event Services, Sales Ops, Customer Service, and other key departments. 

  • Spearhead strategies to enhance both external client experiences and internal employee growth. 

  • Standardize operational procedures for consistency and excellence in client interactions. 

  • Oversee the complete external and internal client experience framework. 

REQUIREMENTS 

  • Proven experience as a Senior Director of Operations, with hands-on involvement in recent roles. 

  • Demonstrable track record in enhancing operational efficiency, leading inter-departmental initiatives, and improving client experiences. 

  • Experience with leading operations in companies of 150-300+ employees 

  • A growth mindset with a deep desire to contribute to the operational structure, efficiency, and growth of an organization 

  • Ability to thrive in dynamic environments, create scalable systems, and innovate based on changes. 

  • Proactive and solution-oriented with a strong ability to audit and implement operational strategies. 

  • Excellent leadership and people management skills. 

  • Qualifications such as a Six Sigma Black Belt or similar are highly regarded.
