As we continue to grow and expand our sales operations, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager of Sales Enablement to join our team.

Position Overview:

The Senior Manager of Sales Enablement will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our sales team by developing and implementing strategies, processes, and tools that empower our sales representatives to achieve their targets and drive revenue growth. This role will require a deep understanding of sales methodologies, training techniques, and sales technologies, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales enablement strategy aligned with the company's sales objectives and growth targets.
  • Design and deliver sales training programs, workshops, and resources to enhance the effectiveness and productivity of the sales team.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to identify skill gaps and training needs within the sales organization, and develop targeted training solutions to address them.
  • Create and maintain a repository of sales enablement assets, including sales playbooks, battle cards, demo scripts, and objection handling guides.
  • Partner with marketing, product management, and other departments to ensure that sales collateral and resources are aligned with product positioning and messaging.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of sales enablement programs and initiatives through metrics, feedback, and performance analysis, and make continuous improvements as needed.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on sales processes, tools, and best practices, providing guidance and support to the sales team as needed.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in sales enablement, and incorporate relevant insights into sales enablement strategies.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years Sales Enablement Experience or a related role, with a proven track record of driving measurable improvements in sales productivity and performance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, such as MEDDIC, Challenger, or Solution Selling, and experience implementing them within a sales organization.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product management, and operations.
  • Proficiency in sales enablement tools and technologies, such as CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Lessonly, Iorad, sales content management platforms, and learning management systems.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to inform decision-making and measure the impact of sales enablement initiatives.

The following compensation information is a good faith estimate and is provided in accordance with applicable state laws. The base salary generally ranges between $135,000/year - $144,000/year. This range is an estimate based on an applicant’s skills, experience, and training.
