And as part of the team that serves as the initial primary contact of our RIA Solutions team, you’ll contribute to our goal of making great first impressions that lead to lasting relationships.

  • Creating and overseeing a personalized transition timeline for each advisor’s office and running weekly check-in calls to ensure that new advisors have a smooth onboarding or glidepath experience
  • Staying abreast of new resources, products, and procedures, as well as industry news and regulations affecting fee-only practices
  • Leading presentations and discussing all aspects of the transition process during virtual and  home office fee-only or RIA prospective advisor visit

  • Commitment to providing indispensable customer service
  • Dedicated team player
  • Superior leadership, multitasking, and organizational skills
  • Patient and supportive attitude
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
