Group Lead/Architect for IDS/IPS team (Remote)

An international company specializing in the development of modern operating systems for hosting providers is looking for a Product Owner to join its team!

The organization has been on the market since 2009. Company’s products are used by thousands of companies around the world. You will be working on the fastest-growing product, providing automated kernel security updates without reboots for the most popular Linux distributions.

It is a fully remote company, with flexible hours, where you can plan your day and work from anywhere in the world.

Your tasks on the position:

• Architecting, implementing, and overseeing cloud-based cyber security solutions utilizing Linux networking technologies
• Leading, developing and maintaining deep technical knowledge in Networking, cyber security methodologies, professional communication skills, and problem-solving skills among the group
• Developing, maintaining, and enforcing technical and operational processes and procedures
• Leading and supporting technical escalations with global customers

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as Product Owner
• 4+ years of experience in cyber security, specifically in the area of network threats, AppSec, DDoS, Webapp technology
• 2+ years of experience in the leading position in the domain of cyber security operation
• Hands-on experience in Linux (experience with popular distributions such as CentOS and Debian)
• Deep knowledge and practical experience in security controls such as WAFs, IDS/IPS, FWs, Load Balancers, and reverse proxies
• English B2+
