The Client Management Team is responsible for developing long-term success with our clients by fostering meaningful relationships.

The primary responsibility of this position is to act as the primary relationship point of contact for a number of client relationships.

The candidate should be a motivated individual looking to work in a stimulating, fast-paced and fun atmosphere. Responsibilities will be diverse and often require personal judgment.

The future team member would work from our Joplin, MO office daily initially, with the option to work from home 2 days per week after the onboarding period.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Manage client relationships. Responsible to act as the primary relationship point of contact.
  • Engage with prospective clients to build a relationship and facilitate the sales process.
  • Conduct recurring scheduled client account review meetings.
  • Guide clients with regards to their technology strategies. Assume the role of vCIO (virtual CIO)
  • Communicate with clients, internal resources, and vendors on service tickets, proposals, updates, and more.
  • Identify opportunities, scope and present proposals for additional services and product (hardware/software) sales.
  • Engage technical team members to help assist in identifying needs, evaluating products, and monitoring implementation.
  • Liaise as the point person for matters that require special or sensitive handling.
  • Prepare and present client proposals.
  • Assist with coordination of client onboardings and projects.
  • Analyze service data and financial metrics.
Qualifications

This job absolutely requires the following:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a B2B client facing role
    • Customer service and/or marketing experience
    • Excellent interpersonal, customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Critical thinker who exhibits good judgment
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Must be organized and detail oriented; thorough
  • Team player and personable
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
  • Dependable and responsible
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Suite of products

You're probably right for this job if you have:

  • Background in and/or a genuine level of personal interest in technology
  • MSP Experience is a plus
  • Proficiency with the ConnectWise Suite of products and Clickup
