2+ years Help Desk experience, Strong communication and problem-solving skills, Knowledge of POS systems and Microsoft applications, Flexible work schedule, retail experience preferred, IT-related certifications a plus.
Key responsabilities:
- Provide Tier 1 telephone support for Pacsun systems
- Track and resolve customer incidents with Pacsun applications
- Communicate with Service Desk Manager on maintaining service levels
- Assist in configuration and testing of new store equipment
- Operate shifts between 5:00 am - 10:00 pm, 7 days a week
