Job description

Dolphin Debit, a wholly owned subsidiary of Euronet, serves financial institutions and credit unions throughout the United States with a complete suite of ATM management and outsourcing services, including routine maintenance, cash management, and compliance updates. We have an exciting role for an experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team. This role will be in Atlanta. This is a full-time permanent role reporting to our SVP Director of Sales.

As Regional Sales Director, you are responsible for selling ATM's in an assigned territory with the expectation of exceeding annual targets. The Regional Sales Director defines the sales strategy for the region, seeks sales opportunities with new clients, manages the sales process and leads the negotiations process to bring the sale to a successful close.

This position will be based on California and focused on selling in the Northwest, US.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in software sales to financial services organizations, with an emphasis on electronic payments applications and/or core banking applications.
  • Proven track record of achieving multi-million dollar annual sales targets and onboarding new clients.
  • Ability to craft informative and accurate ROI models for presentation to clients.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage at the C-level.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver quality results.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile to be successful.
  • Proven hunting and closing sales.
  • Some overnight travel will be required fr in-person meetings, staff meetings, trade shows, etc.
