Your missions

Working As a SAP MM PM, You Will

  • Technical support in the area of configuration, functionality, and operation of SAP MM and SAP PM modules (diagnosing and resolving complex system problems and errors).
  • Ongoing maintenance support for SAP MM & SAP PM topics, monitoring, and resolution of issues.
  • Support for system users, including the preparation of training materials.
  • Potential implementation / development work through configuration and customization of the SAP MM & PM system.
  • Support for the development team in implementing devised solutions.
  • Collaboration in testing, supervision of tests.
  • Collaboration/coordination of work with external and internal partners.
  • Detailed analysis of business processes to understand needs and requirements.
  • Collaboration with the project management team, the business team, and other stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business requirements and expectations.
  • Documentation of support requests, incidents, corrective actions, and reporting of key support and maintenance performance indicators.
  • Leading initiatives aimed at optimizing and improving the operation of the SAP MM and SAP PM modules, including identifying areas for process automation and introducing innovative solutions.

About Our Client

Our client is a leading player in the retail industry. Their actions are aimed at simplifying customers' lives by providing a comprehensive ecosystem tailored to meet the daily needs of consumers (serving nearly 3 million daily).

Qualifications

  • Experience in the support and maintenance of SAP MM/PM systems, including a minimum of several years of work in the SAP S/4HANA PM/MM module environment.
  • At least 5 years of consulting experience, both internal and external, in SAP MM modules (Procurement and Materials Management), and good familiarity with SAP PM topics (Basic Device Data, PM Service Execution).
  • Knowledge of integration with SD, FI/CO, SAP EWM modules (queue management on the S/4H side).
  • Successful completion of at least 2 S/4HANA implementation projects as a consultant in the SAP MM area.
  • Experience working in a support team.
  • Proficiency in English at a communicative level.
