As a successful Sr. Client Success Partner, Healthcare at Sterling, you would be responsible for managing the day to day screening program for a multimillion-dollar book of business. As a strategic adviser to your Healthcare accounts, you have the opportunity to expand the Sterling footprint with your Healthcare customers and work diligently to develop and enhance resilient client relationships. Relationship Cultivation and Strategic Management
Maintain full ownership of a book of business including 5-7 Healthcare accounts
Manage a number of high-profile accounts, many of which are million-dollar+ accounts
Strategic adviser to your client base by being the "go to" person for strategic account needs
Become an industry expert on your assigned vertical to better understand each client's organizational dynamics
Identify and develop multi-level relationships with key decision makers to ensure retention and relationship stability
You come from a world where the highest service levels and expectations were the norm
Metrics, Reporting and Client Strategy
Conduct regular business reviews using value add propositions to mitigate client risk and enhance background screening programs
Monitor and analyze development and strategic progression for all client accounts
Strategic Business Reviews, and regularly recurring and structured communications with a keen focus on metrics, workflows and problem solving as needed
Consultative Selling to Existing Business
Create account plans as a road map to grow customer revenue and deliver world class client satisfaction
Grow customer book of business to target vs. prior year, driven by existing revenue retention and closing new business
You can and have managed the negotiation of long-term contracts with customers
Propose additional products and services to expand footprint within existing accounts
Possess strong conflict resolution skills
Demonstrated ability for strong stakeholder management: internally and externally
This Is What We're Looking For:
Proven success in account management, success, sales, and/or project management experience with at least 7+ years of experience
Experience managing enterprise level customers of at least $1,000,000+ annual revenue and the ability to show evidence of this
Experience relative to background screening and/or compliance is a huge plus
Is a strategist, a creative problem solver who has a track record of success in these areas
Ability to effectively communicate with senior level decision makers within organizations and successfully handle objections
Must have experience leading face-to-face client presentations with and without middle to executive level management
Exceptional business writing skills with the ability to construct well designed and formatted content for meetings
Superior program management, negotiation skills and the ability to get into the weeds on process improvements
Proficiency using CRM Platform is ideal
Highly proficient in Excel for analysis/reporting and PowerPoint for exceptional presentations
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
No current travel is required, but when resumed, up to 25%
The salary for this position is $70,000 to $90,000 annually. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible to participate in the Annual Incentive Plan. A full range of benefits including but not limited to medical, financial, unlimited sick time, 22 days’ vacation annually (for FT workers; prorated 1st year of employment), parental leave and other benefits are also provided.
